Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

If GetPize involves rewards, giveaways, or prizes:

No Guarantee: Participation does not guarantee winning unless specified.
Verification: We reserve the right to verify the identity of winners before awarding prizes.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any personal tax obligations related to the prizes received.
Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the system (e.g., using bots, multiple fake accounts) will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetPize and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Getpize.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall GetPize, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. "As Is" Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
